Wirings
We are specialized in little and big batches, in high-quality and flexible products.
We realize both crimping wirings and insulation displacement wirings. Our department has stripping-crimping units with loading cells to monitor product quality constantly. Our internal lab certifies all processings by proper crimping micrographic analysis.
Where requested, we can also integrate overmoulding technologies in wirings.
We develop integrated cable glands and overmoulded connectors, ensuring the best performance possible in case of dust or water (better than PG cable glands and faston covers).
In order to satisfy small batches, we use technologies that allow us to produce in a very competitive, fast and high-quality way.
WIRING
We are able to carry out most of wirings using cables, wires, sheathed wires, flat cables. In particular, we are specialized in compacted wirings, that are moulded wires and cables inside cable glands to facilitate assembly in control panels and junction boxes.
INSULATION DISPLACEMENT
We realize full or partial wirings of cables, single wires or flat cables by using insulation displacement connectors, properly certified for this particular technology.
CO-MOULDED WIRINGS
We are specialized in producing co-moulded wirings. We offer different types of moulds to create customized assemblies for control panels or junction boxes. We can also project and produce new configurations according to client specifications.
